All images are delivered in no more than 7 business days, the format delivered if JPEG at full quality; if no crop size is specified by the client, all images will be cropped to best size to considered by the editor.

I don't provide RAW photos, I don't provide all the unedited photos, the only delivery is the amount of photos estipulated in the package with the characteristics above described; unless there is a custom package, the deliveries shall be agreed by both clien and photograper and documented.

Puntuality is very important from both parties, it's a form of respecting others time and third parties; if the client is late more than 15min of the agreed times, it's up to photographers or clients discretion to cancel or reschedule the session.  If a deposit was given, and the photographer is late, there will be a full refund should the client desires it; if the client wants to proceed with the session; the photographer shall provide additional deliveries free of cost (based upon size of the package and agreement between both parties). If the client is late, the photographer can cancel the session if with no refund of the deposit or shorten the amount of time by taking that time off the agreed time for the session; this may affect the deliveries in terms of quantity of images.
